Think Of Me
- album and band name
- about
- In 2004, I was in a car accident on Thanksgiving day. The injuries to my neck and shoulder were persistent and nagging, and I was in constant pain and unable to play an instrument for the better part of a year. Needless to say, it was a pretty miserable time. In the summer of 2005, I picked up a guitar again, and out popped this song.
- lyrics
- Do you ever think of me, and if you do what do you see?
Are all your memories bittersweet, do you ever think of me?
Do you ever miss me too, wonder if I'm missing you?
I think somehow you know I do if you ever think of me
Wonder what you keep of me, what lies inside your memory
That scarlet sky that lit the sea, the secrets that won't let you be?
Do you ever lose your strength, find yourself calling my name?
Wonder if I feel the same, do you ever think of me?
Is there room for me someplace or did you finally erase that scarlet sky that lit the sea, the secrets that won't let you be?
Do you ever feel this ache, wonder if your heart can take
One more little leap of faith, do you ever think of me?
